Live Laugh Dance

Live Laugh Dance is a summer dance program for individuals with Down syndrome ages 10+. Live Laugh Dance will meet Tuesday AND Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm at Franklin College in Franklin, IN. Dance classes will begin on Tuesday, June 2, and the program will end with a dance recital for family and friends on Tuesday, June 23.
The cost of the program is $40.00, which can be paid online or checks will also be accepted on the first evening of dance. If you have any questions, please email rswinfor@iu.edu.
About
Live Laugh Dance is a summer program designed for adolescents and young adults–ages 10 and up–who have Down syndrome.
Instructors and volunteers promote creative movement, rhythmic activities, and social interaction through dance activities. At the end of the summer, dancers showcase their talents by performing for family and friends in a dance recital.
Live Laugh Dance is a partnership between Down Syndrome Indiana, Franklin College, and IU Indianapolis.
Get Involved
If you’re a student interested in special education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related field, you can get valuable experience with Live Laugh Dance.
